Analytics cookies
If you accept, Google Analytics 4 loads and sets its own cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by the measurement id. They let it recognise a returning browser and group page views into one visit. Advertising, personalisation, and Google signals features stay switched off.
What is measured
Only the behaviour needed to understand whether visitors find what they came for:
- Which pages you read, and in which language
- Which call to action you activated, and where on the page it was
- How far an inquiry form got: started, submitted, failed, or accepted
- Whether chat was opened and whether a conversation started
- How far a machine video played
- The campaign link or site that referred your visit
What is never sent to Google
Everything you type stays between you and ProIMTech:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and company
- Your process description and any technical detail you add
- Drawings, photos, and other attachments
- Chat messages
- Inquiry and lead reference numbers

Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Rejecting stops further collection and clears the Google Analytics cookies this site set. Your inquiry and chat continue to work unchanged.
