What this site collects when you send an inquiry, start a chat, or accept analytics.
Information you submit is used to respond to a technical or commercial request. The form asks for your name, a business email, and a description of your process. Company, country, capacity, timeline, existing equipment, notes, and attachments are optional.
Chat keeps the name, email, and company you enter along with the messages in the conversation, so the team can pick it up and follow through. A conversation can be passed to the team as an inquiry.
Google Analytics 4 runs only if you accept it, and it is never sent your name, email address, phone number, company, process description, attachments, or chat messages.
Cookies and measurementIf you accept analytics, an inquiry is stored alongside the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters that were in the link. Without that consent those fields stay empty rather than being filled with a guess.
You can reject or withdraw analytics at any time through Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page, and the inquiry form and chat are unaffected either way. For questions about information you have already sent us, write to support@pro-imtech.com.
