About this build
The MC 1000 is a specialized machine for continuous ćevap forming, designed to operate with a separate vacuum filler. Products are formed and cut without intermittent indexing stops, while the backing film is automatically fed and cut. Groups of ćevapi on individual film sections are delivered to the outfeed conveyor for collection and further packaging. The forming tool can be customized to customer requirements. A common configuration produces five parallel ćevapi with a diameter of 20 mm (5 × Ø20 mm). The machine uses servo and stepper motor drives, and compressed air is not essential for its basic operation. Its continuous operating principle offers high potential throughput, while actual line output depends primarily on downstream product handling and packaging.
