About this build
Top Burger 170 is a professional machine for automatic forming of burgers, patties and cevapcici from minced meat. It is equipped with a 15 kg Top filling unit and interchangeable moulds. After forming, the product is ejected onto a conveyor belt, which advances the product by one position at each subsequent cycle. The machine is controlled by a Unitronics PLC with HMI, which operates the pneumatic valves and synchronizes filling, forming, ejection and transport. An integrated automatic lubrication system uses a 1-litre oil reservoir, with the lubrication interval adjustable through the HMI. Oil is dispensed as a fine conical spray onto the ejector and conveyor belt to reduce product sticking and ensure reliable operation during production.
